Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).

6.Divide the roasted pumpkin, onions, and chorizo slices between the two puff pastry sheets.
7.Top each pizza with grated mozzarella cheese and crumbled feta cheese.
8.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
9.Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top of the pizza and serve with baby spinach leaves on the side.
