Ingredients

1 2/3 cups water , 80 degrees F
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup molasses
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dry milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons caraway seeds ( sometimes I leave them out )
1 1/2 cups rye flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 3/4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

1.In the pan of a bread machine, combine the water, oil, molasses, salt, dry milk, cocoa, coffee, caraway seeds, rye flour, whole wheat flour, bread flour, and yeast in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2.Select the desired cycle, and start the machine.
3.Remove the bread from the machine when the cycle has finished.
4.Let it cool before slicing and serving.
