1 cup green beans , cut to 1 inch
1 cup cauliflower floret
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 medium tomatoes , sliced
1 cucumber , sliced

Instructions

1.Boil water and add a pinch of salt into it.
2.Add cubed potatoes, carrots and green beans into boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes.
3.Remove vegetables from the water and pour cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
4.Boil water and add some salt into it. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 2 minutes. Remove florets from the water and pour cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
5.In a small bowl, mix Italian salad dressing with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
6.On a serving platter, place the vegetables and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
7.Drizzle dressing over the vegetables and toss.
