Instructions

3.Place a prune on each circle dough. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the prunes. FOLD the dough up over the prunes and pinch the edges to seal.
4.Drop the dumplings into the boiling salted water. COVER and simmer gently for about 20 minutes
5.In a separate pan, melt the butter and stir in the 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Serve the dumplings hot and topped with the cinnamon-butter sauce.
