Ingredients

2 medium carrots
2 stalks celery
1 leek

salt , freshly ground pepper and cayenne pepper , to taste

2 lbs salmon fillets , Chinook

Instructions

1.In a large pot, add the carrots, celery, leek, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper, water, and white wine. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
