1 honeydew melon , fruit removed with a melon baller
9 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
36 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions

1.Add lime juice to a bowl and add in melon balls, tossing to coat.

3.Either before or after the prosciutto wrapping, add sprigs of mint to the skewers.
