1 tablespoon tomato sauce
6 -8 sprigs curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon orange-red food coloring
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, ground chili, soya sauce, lime juice, cornflour, tomato puree, and tomato sauce. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the curry leaves until crispy and set aside.
3.Add the food coloring to the marinated chicken and mix well. Dip each chicken cube into the egg white and deep-fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
4.Once all the chicken is cooked, sprinkle the fried curry leaves on top and serve hot.
