Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 F.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, white vinegar, and white sugar. Add shredded cabbage and toss until well coated.
3.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced potatoes and cook until lightly browned and crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
4.In the same skillet, add capicola and cook until lightly browned and crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
5.On a baking sheet, place four slices of Italian bread. Top each slice with a slice of mozzarella cheese, a slice of provolone cheese, and a slice of Swiss cheese.
6.Add cooked capicola and potatoes on top of the cheese. Top with cabbage mixture. Add optional slices of onion and tomato.
7.Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of Italian bread.
8.Bake in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
