1 package farfalle ( bow tie ) pasta
1 bunch fresh asparagus , trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small red onion , chopped
1 red or green bell pepper , chopped
1 package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 pint grape tomatoes , halved
1 pound peeled crawfish tails
3/4 cup herbed vinaigrette salad dressing , or to taste

Instructions

1.Cook the farfalle pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

4.Add mushrooms and asparagus and cook for another 3 minutes until they are tender.
5.Stir in the grape tomatoes and crawfish tails and cook for another 2 minutes.
6.Reduce heat to low, add the cooked pasta and pour the herbed vinaigrette dressing over the top. Stir to mix well.
