Ingredients

2 hoagie rolls , cut in half lengthwise
4 slices sandwich pickles ( sandwich length )
1/8 lb thinly sliced smoked turkey
1/8 lb thinly sliced turkey ham
4 slices swiss cheese ( Jarlsberg is good )

Instructions

1.Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
2.Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle it with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until tender.
3.Squeeze the roasted garlic out of the skins into a small bowl and mash into a paste.
4.Add Dijon mustard and softened butter to the garlic paste and mix well.
5.Spread the garlic butter on the cut halves of the hoagie rolls.
6.Layer pickle slices, smoked turkey, turkey ham, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of the hoagie roll.
7.Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll, press it down, and spray the top of the roll with cooking spray.
8.Put the sandwich on the preheated panini press or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
