Ingredients

8 eggs

60 g mushrooms
4 shallots
1 stick celery
250 g prawns
250 g bean sprouts
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 chicken stock cubes
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions

1.Beat eggs together with salt and pepper in a bowl.

8.Add chicken stock cubes, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Bring to boil and thicken with cornflour water.
9.Serve the omelet with the sauce on top.
