30 wonton wrappers

Instructions

5.Press the edges together to seal.
6.Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
7.Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
8.Place the gow gees on the tray and brush them with a little extra sesame oil.
9.Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
10.Serve hot with soy sauce, if desired.
