4 bone-in chicken breast halves , with skin
3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root
salt to taste

Instructions

1.Season the chicken with salt and dust them with flour.

3.Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and keep warm.
4.In the same skillet, sauté onion and ginger until they become tender. Add chicken broth, white wine, chopped tarragon, and lemon juice to the skillet, and stir them until they blend well.
5.Bring the sauce to a boil and reduce the heat to simmer for around 10 minutes until the liquid has reduced by half. Stir in the heavy cream and sour cream to the sauce until they melt and heat through.
6.In another skillet, heat some olive oil and cook the asparagus spears until they get tender.
7.Serve the chicken with the sauce and asparagus on the side. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
