Ingredients

1 lb stewing beef
1/2 cup stock or 1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons butter
1 clove
1 pinch mace
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 300°F.
2.Cut the beef into small pieces and put into a pot.

6.Using a food processor or hand mixer, blend the beef mixture until smooth.
