Ingredients

6 -8 small potatoes
2 tablespoons fenugreek leaves
4 tablespoons fresh yogurt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
3 dried red chilies

Instructions

1.Boil the potatoes and peel off their skin. Cut them into bite-size chunks.
