Ingredients

1 teaspoon saffron thread
1/8 teaspoon powdered saffron
1 liter chicken stock
18 small potatoes ( peeled and turned-see description above )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, add the saffron threads and powdered saffron together. Pour 2 tablespoons of the chicken stock over the saffron and let it sit for 10 minutes.

3.Add the potatoes and the saffron and chicken stock mixture to the pot.
