Instructions

1.Boil the peeled potatoes for 25-30 minutes with a half teaspoon of salt.

3.Add 1 cup of flour and farina to the mashed potatoes, mixing until the dough comes together.
4.Divide the dough into 14 pieces and shape each one into a small ball.
5.Cut the small sweet plums in half and remove the seeds. In the center of each half, place a sugar cube.
6.Wrap the plum halves inside the potato balls, ensuring none of the plum shows.
7.Boil the dumplings for 10-12 minutes until they float to the top of the water.
