Instructions

4.Add chicken stock and chopped Yukon gold potatoes to the pot with the vegetables. Cover and bring to a simmer for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
5.Remove the bay leaves and puree the soup mixture using a hand blender or food processor.
6.Pour the soup back into the pot and stir in the tempered heavy cream. Add a dash of ground nutmeg and simmer for an additional 10 minutes until heated through.
