Ingredients

2 lbs potatoes , peeled and cubed
1 1/2 lbs leeks , washed and thinly sliced
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon oil or 1 tablespoon butter , to fry
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 dash milk
salt and pepper

Instructions

5.Layer 1/2 of the mashed potatoes at the bottom of the casserole dish. Add 1/2 of the ground beef mixture on top of the mashed potatoes. Repeat with another layer of mashed potatoes and ground beef mixture then top it off with the remaining mashed potatoes.
6.Place your casserole dish in your preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the potatoes on the top are golden brown.
