5 large eggs
1 egg yolk

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt , more to taste
1 cup all-purpose flour
olive oil or vegetable oil , for frying

Instructions

7.Dredge each croquette in the flour, then the eggs, and finally the breadcrumbs.

9.Fry the croquettes in batches for approximately 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
