2 tablespoons olive oil
3 -4 ounces pancetta , chopped
2 garlic cloves , minced
16 -18 sage leaves , sliced in a chiffonade
1 can chicken broth , unsalted
1 cup frozen peas , thawed
6 tablespoons butter
