Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs potatoes
2 tablespoons butter , melted
1 cup flour , all purpose
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1.Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces and boil them until they are soft.
2.Mash potatoes well and mix in melted butter, salt and flour to form a dough.

4.Cut the dough into quarters to make 4 farls, brush them with vegetable oil.
5.Heat a frying pan and cook the farls for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
