1 1/4 lbs potatoes
2 tablespoons butter , melted
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1.Boil potatoes until cooked, then drain and let them cool.
2.Peel and grate the potatoes, then add melted butter and salt. Mix well.

5.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each circle on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
