Instructions

1.Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds and kalonji seeds.

4.Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and cumin. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
5.Add water and tamarind pulp and let it cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
