1 kg potato , cooked
1/2 cup hot milk
1/3 cup hot water
sachet dried yeast
1 1/2 kg flour
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mash the cooked potatoes. Add hot milk and water and mix well.
2.Add dried yeast and mix again.

7.Punch down the dough, knead it again for 1-2 minutes and divide it into two portions. Shape each portion into a loaf shape and place them into the prepared tins.
8.Cover the tins with a damp cloth and let them rise in a warm place for around 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
9.Bake the loaves in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and crusty on top.
