Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon ginger , minced
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon curry powder ( spicy )
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
2 large potatoes , peeled and diced
3 tablespoons water ( with more potatoes just add a little more water to cook them )
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup cilantro
2 green onions , sliced

Instructions

1.Heat butter or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
2.Add ginger, cumin seed, curry powder, and garam masala and sauté for a few seconds.

4.Add frozen peas and cilantro, then cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peas are cooked through.
5.Add sliced green onions, stir well, and remove the pan from heat.
6.Let the filling cool down to room temperature.
7.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
8.Take a wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper.
9.Fold the wrapper in half, forming a triangle, and press the edges together to seal the sambusa.
10.Place the sambusa on the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
11.Brush the sambusa with a little bit of oil or melted ghee.
12.Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the sambusa are golden brown and crispy.
13.Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
