1 1/4 lbs potatoes

2 garlic cloves , peeled and mashed to a paste
red pepper flakes , to taste
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 cup arugula leaf , stemmed and cut into strips ( can substitute spinach )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
2.Cut the potatoes into thin slices and toss them in olive oil and salt. Spread the slices on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven for 20 minutes.
3.Roll the pizza dough out onto a prepared baking sheet. Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle some salt over it. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
