Instructions

1.In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

9.Return the blended soup back to the pot, add cream, and 1 tablespoon of softened butter.
10.Heat the soup and stir until it boils.
11.Adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper if needed.
12.Garnish each bowl with carrot curls (optional) and serve hot.
