1 roasting chickens or 1 stew hen
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 garlic cloves , slivered
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine ( optional )
1/2 cup chicken stock ( homemade or a good soup base . Ordinary bullion cubes are salty and tasteless )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C.
