5 pounds clams in shell , scrubbed
1 1/2 pounds chorizo , sliced into chunks
1 large onion , cut into thin wedges
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups white wine
1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

1.Heat olive oil over medium heat in a pot
2.Add onions, chorizo and cook for 5 minutes
3.Add canned tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes
4.Pour in white wine and bring to a boil
5.Add the clams and cover with a lid
6.Steam for 5-7 minutes until all the clams open
7.Serve hot with crusty bread and enjoy!
