1 pork tenderloin , about
3 teaspoons olive oil , divided

1/2 cup dry white wine
6 slices lemons , thin
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

7.Return the pork to the pot and stir in the lemon juice and black pepper.
8.Cover the pot and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
9.Sprinkle with cilantro and sliced almonds (optional) before serving.
