Ingredients

Instructions

4.Season the beef shanks with the minced rosemary and salt.
5.Add the beef shanks to the pot and sear on both sides until brown, about 3 minutes per side.

7.Cover the pot with a lid and place in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until the beef shanks are tender and falling off the bone.
