Ingredients

1 liter water ( add some more as you see you need )
1 1/2 kg beef , Cut with some fat
1 kg beef bones with marrow
3 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 chicken
1 head white cabbage
400 g bread
9 potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 bay leaves
8 mint leaves

Instructions

1.Begin by cooking the beef in the water, along with the onions, garlic, bay leaves, and mint leaves. Let it cook for about 1 hour.

3.In the same pot, add the beef bones, chicken, and cabbage, and let it cook for another hour or so.
4.Remove the chicken and shred it into small pieces. Set it aside.
5.Remove the cabbage from the pot and tear it into small pieces. Set it aside.
6.6. In another pot, cook the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes, then remove the skins and mash them until smooth.
7.7. In the pot with the beef broth, add the bread and butter, and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes. Then, add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
8.Finally, add the shredded chicken and torn cabbage to the pot and let it cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
