2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
2 teaspoons fine sea salt
1/2 cup cheese ( Casteloes , Grated )
1 navel orange ( Sliced )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.

9.Use a spatula to loosen the edges of the frittata. Cut into wedges and serve with sliced navel orange.
