3/4 cup tomato sauce ( canned okay )
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

1.Clean and trim the chicken liver, season with salt and pepper.

6.Add the chicken liver to the pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Let the rice sit covered for another 5 minutes before serving.
