Ingredients

9 large eggs , room temperature
1/2 cup milk
7 ounces vegetable oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
vegetable oil , for baking dishes
10 tablespoons icing sugar , sifted
3 tablespoons hot water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

8.Once the cavacas are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
9.Drizzle the glaze over the cavacas and let it set for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
