2 pounds beef stew meat , cut into 1 inch cubes
3 oranges , juiced
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 bay leaves
2 cloves garlic , crushed
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, orange juice, white wine, and hot pepper sauce.
2.Toss the mixture until beef is fully coated.
3.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
4.Add the bay leaves, garlic, paprika, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrance comes out.
5.Add in marinated beef and cook until browned on all sides for about 10 minutes.
6.Transfer the beef and remaining marinade into a slow cooker.
7.Cook on low heat until the beef is tender for about 8 hours.
8.Serve hot over rice or with a slice of crusty bread.
