Ingredients

1 whole chicken , approx . 8 lbs
6 garlic cloves , crushed whole
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika ( or more if prefer sauce redder )
1/2 teaspoon garlic , powder
1 1/2 teaspoons piri-piri , sauce or 1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )
black pepper ( to taste )
1/2 cup water
10 potatoes , peeled and quartered
2 carrots , peeled and cut into large chunks

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high heat.
