Ingredients

8 large portabella mushrooms , sliced thin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter ( or margarine )
3 garlic cloves , peeled and coarsely chopped
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 green onions , coarsely chopped
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
parmesan cheese , freshly shaved ( or grated to taste )
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh dill , finely chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
2.Arrange mushroom slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4.Toss to combine, then sprinkle green onions over the top and bake for 10-12 minutes.
5.Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top.
6.Return to oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7.Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
8.Serve hot and enjoy!
