4 large portabella mushrooms

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
