Pork Chops Florentine Style from Florencia is a classic Italian dish that originated in Florence, Tuscany. The combination of herbs and garlic with pork adds depth and flavor, while the tomato and goat cheese provide a complementary tanginess. Broccolini, a hybrid between broccoli and Chinese kale, is the perfect vegetable to pair with this dish and provides a crunchy and slightly spicy contrast to the juicy pork chops and delicious goat cheese. This dish is perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion, and can be enjoyed with a nice glass of red wine.
