1/4 cup pimento stuffed olive , sliced
2 tablespoons parsley , minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

10.Cover the pot and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
11.Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve hot.
