1 cup basic orange sauce
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.In a bowl combine crabmeat, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
3.Stuff pork chops with crabmeat mixture ang close with a toothpick.
4.In a large skillet, heat oil and brown pork chops. Remove to oven proof dish.
5.In same skillet add orange juice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and orange zest. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
6.Pour sauce over pork chops and bake for 30-35 minutes more.
7.Remove toothpicks and serve.
