Ingredients

4 pork loin chops
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon butter

2 cups dark beer ( you do n't want to do a heavy stout or ale which can be a bit bitter , I prefer Michelob Dark or Amber )
2/3 cup sour cream ( no low fat )
1 large onion ( cut in half and thin sliced )
3/4 teaspoon caraway seed ( You can use a bit more or less according to your taste )
1 tablespoon fresh parsley , chopped

Instructions

4.Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in sour cream and chopped parsley. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Serve the pork chops with the sauce on top.
