2 chicken stock cubes
1 zucchini , cubed
2 tablespoons flour
30 fluid ounces root beer
4 potatoes , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.In a large ovenproof pot or Dutch oven, heat butter and oil over medium heat until hot.

4.Add onion, garlic, carrots, leeks, green beans, and chili (if using) to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.Crumble chicken stock cubes over the vegetables and add zucchini to the pot.
6.Sprinkle flour over the top of the mixture and stir to combine.
7.Pour in root beer and mix well.
8.Layer sliced potatoes over the top of the mixture and cover with a lid.
9.Transfer the pot to the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, or until the pork is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
