1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 cup flour
1 egg , beaten with 1 teaspoon water
1/2 cup fine dry breadcrumb
2 teaspoons butter

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

3.Sprinkle thyme inside each pork pocket then place a piece of prosciutto and Swiss cheese inside.
4.Use toothpicks to secure the pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
5.Dust the pork chops with flour then dip them into the egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
6.In a skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of butter over medium heat and cook the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
7.Place the pork chops on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
