Ingredients

4 pork chops ( boneless loin chops work best )
2 cans Campbell 's Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 medium potatoes , sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon dried parsley
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom stems and pieces , drained well ( optional ) or 2 pieces dried porcini mushrooms ( optional )

Instructions
