1 1/4 lbs pork tenderloin

2 2 tablespoons brandy or 2 tablespoons whiskey

Instructions

1.Trim pork tenderloin, removing excess fat and silver skin.

4.Add pork to the pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 6 minutes total.

6.While the pork is baking, wipe out the saute pan and melt butter over medium-high heat.
7.When the butter has melted, remove the pan from heat and add brandy or whiskey.
8.Return the pan to the heat and use a wooden spoon or whisk to scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the pan.
9.Pour the sauce over the sliced pork tenderloin and serve.
