Pork and Rosemary Ragu is a classic Italian dish that has its roots in Tuscan cuisine. The dish combines slowly cooked pork meat with herbs and tomato sauce to create a rich and flavorful dish that can be served with pasta or crusty bread. The meat is cooked on the bone, which infuses the dish with a deeper, more complex flavor. The rosemary adds an aromatic and earthy flavor which pairs well with the sweet onions and tomatoes. This recipe is perfect for sharing with friends and family on a cozy night in as it is warm and comforting, and sure to please even the pickiest eaters.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

4.Add the pork rib roast and brown on all sides.
