1 head butter lettuce , leaves separated
1 cucumber , thinly sliced ( Persian )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

4.Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping them after 10 minutes.
5.Meanwhile, prepare your salad mix by combining the 1 tablespoon of minced lemongrass, lime juice, 1/4 cup of fish sauce, brown sugar, serrano chilies, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of cilantro, and grated carrots.
6.Arrange the lettuce cups on a platter. Add a spoonful of your salad mix to each lettuce cup and top with two or three pork meatballs.
7.Slice your cucumber into thin pieces and serve them alongside your dish.
